POLICIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS, WARRANTY

• Pricing Stability & Adjustments: All catalog and quoted prices are established in U.S. Dollars (USD) and remain subject to market revision without prior written notice. Invoicing reflects official pricing schedules active on the actual date of shipment.
• Taxation & Levies: Stated prices exclude local, state, federal, or export tax assessments. Legally applicable sales and transaction taxes will be levied unless a certified, active tax exemption certificate is submitted and verified prior to order processing.

Diamond Tooling Consumables

• Prepaid Freight Threshold: Commercial orders exceeding $500.00 Net qualify for prepaid standard ground shipping (FOB Origin) dispatched to a single destination within the 48 contiguous United States. Freight costs apply to orders below the $500.00 Net minimum.
• Multi-Destination Deliveries: Split shipments or multi-address dispatches generated from a single purchase order incur individual freight billing for every secondary address exceeding the standard single prepaid allowance.
• Expedited Air & Special Handling: Premium transit requests, including Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day Select freight, will be billed in full directly to the client account.
• Offshore & Non-Contiguous Delivery: Orders destined for Alaska or Hawaii qualify for prepaid ground transit on net values of $1,500.00 or greater.

Heavy Machinery & Jobsite Equipment

• Freight Treatment: All industrial equipment, flat saws, core rigs, heavy replacement assemblies, and related mechanical accessories are dispatched via standard freight carrier or consolidated truckload, with freight charges prepaid and added to the official commercial invoice.

We support product validation on critical civil, road cutting, and drilling applications under structured field evaluation terms:

• Purchase Order Issuance: Commercial purchase orders are required prior to shipping all trial blades and bits. Products are invoiced under customary commercial pricing terms. Full invoice settlement is standard upon verified performance compliance.
• Performance Evaluation & Credits: Should a designated trial tool fail to meet predetermined operational expectations, a pro-rata credit or full billing credit will be extended based upon verified segment wear. Operational efficiency and application criteria are reviewed collaboratively between the technical returns department and the contractor.

• Restocking Administration: Qualified stock merchandise returns carry a mandatory 15% restocking fee to cover incoming inspection, repacking, and administrative handling.
• Eligibility Window: Obsolete lines, discontinued tools, and units purchased more than one (1) calendar year from the primary invoice date are ineligible for return or credit.
• RGA Mandatory Protocol: Prior to any return shipment, a verified Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be issued by customer service. Freight must be prepaid by the customer, and tools must arrive in pristine, unblemished, resalable condition.
• Custom & Specialized Fabrications: Custom-engineered diamond tooling, non-standard arbors, custom segment specifications, and special-order assemblies cannot be returned.
• Inbound Receiving Criteria: Inbound return consignments will be refused unless accompanied by:
  • 1. Validated RGA Number clearly identified on shipping paperwork
  • 2. Documented reasoning for material return
  • 3. Precise product itemization and serial/batch description
  • 4. Copy of corresponding original commercial invoice
• Special Order Cancellations: Orders for customized items must be officially canceled within 30 days of initial placement. Custom work in progress becomes non-cancelable and billable in full after 30 days.

• Settlement Schedule: Standard credit terms for approved industrial accounts are 3% prompt payment discount within 15 days, Net 30 days from invoice date.
• Late Payment Interest: Delinquent balances are subject to a late assessment fee of one percent (1%) monthly (or the maximum statutory rate permitted by law) until outstanding receivables are cleared.

Diamond Tooling Integrity Guarantees

• Laser-Welded Diamond Blades & Bits: Should the laser-welded joint between the diamond segment and high-tensile steel core fail during normal working tool life, the blade or bit is replaced without charge. (Applies fully to blades up to 14" in diameter; blades larger than 14" are warranted during the initial 50% of segment depth wear).
• Brazed Core Bits & Blades: If a brazed weld bond exhibits mechanical separation between the diamond segment and steel barrel within the initial .050" of segment wear, the bit or blade will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
• Continuous Rim Blades: Should the bond matrix between the continuous diamond rim and core separate under correct application parameters during normal product life, immediate product replacement will be executed.

Machinery & Equipment Limited Warranties

• Handheld Saws & Core Drills: High-speed gas-powered handheld saws and handheld diamond core drills are covered by a 90-day limited manufacturer warranty.
• Standard Construction Saws & Grinders: Walk-behind flat saws, surface preparation grinders, and related machinery carry an extensive One-Year Limited Commercial Warranty.
• Heavy Flat Saw Guarantee: Premium walk-behind saws (models FG7500 and FG5000) are protected by our premier 3-Year / 2,500-Hour limited industrial power and frame warranty. Third-party power units (engines/motors) remain warrantied by their respective global manufacturers.
